It was established in 1990 and located in the beautiful city Ningbo, covering an area of 36,600 square meters with a floor area of 20,000 square meters. Currently, the company has 350 staff members, which including 35 professional technicians and 70 managerial personnel.
The products of the company including auto rubber parts such as rubber-metal bonded bushing, rubber air spring, auto dust cover, etc. It also produces various rubber parts for home appliance. The two main products rubber bushing and rubber air spring are successfully export to Canada, American, Mexico. All the products of the company are up to the European SS-00259 standard and two kind of production materials EPDM and CR have gained American UL Standard. Besides, the company has successively gained ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management Certification issued by Beijing Three Thousand Quality Center, and ISO/TS 16949:2002 automobile Industry Quality Certification issued by Singapore PSB Company.
The company owns independent ability to research, develop and produce new products. At present, it has over 40 Rubber Injection Molding Machines and Rubber Vacuum Compression Molding Machines, and more than 50 Compression Molding Machines. Besides, it has various test machines such as Ozone-resistant Test Machine and Vision Measuring Machine to guarantee the products with high quality.
